Come to think of it, I was never really that good with logic. Most of the big decisions in my life? I made them by feel.

I think there’s a reason for that. Our logic isn’t perfect. It only works with the information we can consciously process. And that’s barely scratching the surface. Without the complete picture, then our logical decision is suddenly not so logical anymore.

But the body... the body remembers. It senses. It picks up on things before we can explain them.

So maybe trusting our intuition isn’t irrational. Maybe it’s ancient.

And maybe it’s time we start listening in.

Absolutely! Our intuition is always there, active and waiting to be listened to. Yet, the busyness of life and stress gets in the way of us noticing the subtle nuances in our bodies. And, our internal voice of clarity gets pushed away.

Michelle, I love this! You're absolutely right, listening to our inner voice is a practice, cultivated by embracing uncertainty and the vulnerability of making mistakes. It's remarkable though how the quietest voice often offers the clearest guidance when we slow down and truly pay attention.

Yeah, it really feels like that, once we've slowed down to become more self-aware. The feelings of anxiety associated with uncertainty need to be fully acknowledged and processed to clear the way for our inner guidance. Not always easy given anxiety can be all so consuming.

Intuition, the voice within, undaunted by time or disbelief. It’s always there for us. I say, we believe science even when it’s proven wrong and disbelieve intuition even when it’s proven right.
